Better visibility
I’m comfortable talking to people at every level of an organisation, whether I’m there to provide ongoing support or to give something closer attention. I’m not easily shocked, intimidated or drawn into taking sides. Much of my work happens in conversation, but there is skill in knowing what to ask, what to listen for and when something needs exploring further.
My commercial experience matters too. I understand that organisations have pressures, responsibilities and decisions to make. I can care about the person in front of me without losing sight of the wider picture.
It means people can talk to me without feeling managed, assessed or handled, while the organisation has someone it can trust to notice what matters and know what to do with it.

My background spans commercial, operational and leadership roles, with more than a decade of coaching experience and training in psychology and mediation. I also work alongside specialist organisations as an associate when businesses are navigating change or working to resolve complex workplace conflict.
I’m curious by nature. I ask a lot of questions, notice the things that don’t quite add up and don't assume the first version of a situation is the whole story.
